Headdesk is the act of slamming one's head into one's computer desk, usually occurring after reading a Conservapedia, Metapedia or CreationWiki article about a topic like Creationism, alternatively after reading Spam or vandalism in a good Wiki. Headdesk can be cured by reaffirming one's faith in humanity through sites such as Wikipedia, Liberapedia, Uncyclopedia, and RationalWiki, or through a stoic acceptance of the inevitable downfall of mankind.
Other stressful events may also cause headdesk.
