The map showing Earth's hemispheres
The Northern Hemisphere is the part of the planet Earth between the Equator and the North pole. The Northern Hemisphere includes, all Europe, virtually all Asia most of the Americas (all North America and northern South America), most of Africa and parts of Oceania. The Arctic Ocean is of course also included.
The map on the right shows Earth's hemispheres: northern and southern, divided by the equator; and eastern and western with the prime meridian separating them.
