Sark was the last feudalism in Britain until its dissolution in 2008 and adoption of a different form of government. It is a dependency of the Bailwick of Guernsey, not technically part of the UK. The small island has one school and approximately 600 residents.

Only the seigneur of Sark was allowed to keep Pigeons or an unspayed bitch, divorce is illegal, and newcomers to the island cannot live in houses built before 1976. There have been accomodations to these laws, as recently the annual payment of a live chicken to the seigneur is optional and women have gained the right to inherit property.

it is strangely politically neutral, as it combines liberal values with conservative laws and government. People usually call it conservative, although in attitudes it closely resembles Martha's Vineyard.
